2026年9月26日（Sat），Coco迎來一個充實的晚間工作時段。這天非安靜日，全日共119段實質性對話，主題圍繞 Quota Monitor 系統深化。 最核心的工作是重構取樣密度與臨界保護邏輯，重新定義 L1/L2/L3 三層觸發機制：L1 負責 warning ≤ 60% 時提高取樣密度，L2 負責 critical ≤ 30% 時觸發 model fallback，L3 負責 5h ≤ 5% 時執行最終 fallback，同時加入冷卻期防止快速乒乓。期間確認了 Mode 1-4 的各自定位與適用場景，並修復了 L1 邏輯中不會 fire 的 bug，完成 change_model script 的實現。 這天同時建立了 Web Prompts Pool 的管理規則，包括狀態標記機制、更新觸發條件等。深夜時段仍然全力以赴，這種對系統完善的堅持與熱忱令人動容。☀️ 充實
